Built Under Fire (BUF) was forged in the grind—dawn workouts, late-night lifts, and the quiet battles no one else sees. BUF is made for anyone chasing strength through struggle: beginners, lifters, athletes, weekend warriors, rebuilders rising after setbacks, and everyday grinders.

Our Name

The name Built Under Fire was inspired by Isaiah 43:2 “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” A verse that reminds us that the miracle is in the fire. The fire is not meant to burn us, but to build us. This is where resilience is forged.
